A Journey Through Childhood at Kiddiecare Day Nursery
- At birth each child begins a crucial journey that will prepare them for adult life;
- Children are whole people who have feelings, ideas and relationships with others. They need to be physically, mentally, morally and spiritually healthy;
- Children learn best when they are responsibility, allowed to make mistakes, decisions and choices and staff respect children as independent learners.
Staff focus on what your child can achieve rather than what they cannot achieve and this will be used as a starting point for their journey through the Nursery.
They see relationships with other people, both adults and children, as being of central importance in a child's life.At Kiddiecare we believe that quality education contains three aspects - the child, the context in which learning takes place; and the knowledge and understanding which the child develops and learns.
We believe that from birth to 4 years is the first phase of the educational journey and the involvement of parents and families is crucial as education and care are inseparable.
